Leisure Canada Appoints New Chairman  

 

Leisure Canada Inc. (TSX-V: LCN), a Canadian corporation with three large-scale luxury real estate projects under development in Cuba, announces the appointment of Ned Goodman as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

"On behalf of Leisure Canada and its Board of Directors, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Ned Goodman to our Board," said Robin Conners, President and CEO of the Company.
Roman Doroniuk has resigned as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors.
"We would also like to thank Mr. Roman Doroniuk for his support and contributions," noted Conners.
The Board now consists of Ned Goodman as Chair, Robin Conners as President and CEO, Eric Demirian, Brahm Gelfand and David Oliver.
