MAC has a seasoned Investment Banking team based in Dubai – its global headquarters for the Investment Banking activities of the Group. Our focus is in cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Placement to Middle East Investors and listings on the NASDAQ Dubai.

Through our global network of shareholders and partners in London, Paris, Geneva, Dubai, Johannesburg, Harare, Gaberone, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Bangkok, we benefit in distribution of deals and through introductions to potential advisory clients.
